**Honda Motor Europe Logistics** staat in voor de distributie van wagens, motorfietsen, power producten en de service parts (onderdelen) van elk van deze producten. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Gent, Aalst en onze 6 Europese branches vertrekken de Honda-producten en service parts dagelijks in de richting van de Europese dealers. Onze magazijnen huisvesten alle service parts en accessoires voor de Europese markt: dit maakt ons tot het kloppend hart van Honda in Europa.
Voor deze activiteiten rekenen we dagelijks op een 850-tal enthousiaste collega’s in Gent, Aalst en onze Europese branches. Samen werken wij aan de verwezenlijking van de droom van zovele mensen, en dus mogelijks ook de jouwe. ‘The Power of Dreams’ is niet voor niets ons motto.
De **Parts Supply afdeling** in **Gent**, is centraal verantwoordelijk voor de volledige end-to-end supply chain van Honda onderdelen. Dit is van aankoop en inventory (stockbeheer) tot customer service, sales, marketing en logistiek van Honda onderdelen op Pan Europees niveau.
Voor de versterking van het **Supply Management team** zijn we op zoek naar een **Process Coordinator Supply Chain**:
**Jouw job**
- Vanuit de achterliggende processen monitor je onze volledige, end-to-end supply chain en ga je voor een optimale balans tussen voorraad, totale kost en service naar de markt voor Honda onderdelen.
- Je staat hierbij autonoom in voor het opvolgen, analyseren en evalueren van diverse systemen, controle items en parameters. Bij afwijkende resultaten stel je structurele tegenmaatregelen voor ter verbetering van onze processen.
- Je neemt initiatief om ook pro-actief te optimaliseren m.b.t. onze Pan-Europese voorraadsituatie, inbound en outbound processen, service rate etc.: je stelt procesverbeteringen voor, werkt deze uit, implementeert, volgt de impact en outcome op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je hebt een lange termijnvisie voor ogen, je houdt rekening met al onze stakeholders (aankoop, productie, logistiek, sales & marketing en customer service) en je bent dan ook een actieve sleutelfiguur in ons Europese Honda netwerk.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je kan al terugkijken op enige jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een internationale supply chain omgeving.
- Je bent vertrouwd met gangbare supply chain systemen en hebt kennis en ervaring met het werken met ERP software.
- Je bent een analytisch denker die graag de data induikt en gehele processen blijft overzien.
- Je hebt een master diploma (Economisch - Supply Chain - IT)
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
