The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products.
As a Purchasing Administrator you bring administrative support to the Buyers in the frame of commercial relationships between Toyota and the suppliers located all over Europe.
**Your responsibilities**
- You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the buyers with all administrative related activities
- You provide administrative support to the buyers, to the management and provide information to suppliers as a first contact
- You practically implement purchasing decisions (e.g., sourcing, pricing) through Toyota systems in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with purchasing procedures.
- You provide information to suppliers and collect data from suppliers at the due time
- You create databases and follow-up specific pricing (Excel, SharePoint)
- You communicate with responsible internal / external members to remind them pending actions
- You organise and follow-up the meetings and travel arrangements
- You support on ad-hoc basis projects within the division
**Profil**
**Your profile**
- You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have experience in administration and management support
- You have highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability
- You have good communication skills to manage daily contacts with suppliers
- You have a business understanding, affinity with automotive products is an asset
- You are a rigorous and self-disciplined person

Interim contract (weekly renewed)

End date: option permanent contract after minimum 6 months of interim contract
Location: Hybrid - Toyota Technical Centre in Zaventem and home working
