Belgique- Lembeke- As we continue to expand and drive global growth, we recognize the increasing importance of data and insights in shaping our future strategies. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and detail-oriented person to join the Global Brand team as Data Analyst.

As data analyst, you will play a crucial part in bringing our data and insights capabilities to the next level by building and maintaining a sales and marketing Business Intelligence (BI) tool for our international brands (Biscoff, Nakd, Trek, Bear Kiddylicious). This tool will be utilized to develop global KPI dashboards and generate category and brand insights at more detailed levels. A few specific topics in your daily challenge will be:
- Generating meaningful insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Preparing reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the BI tool by regularly monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to the BI tool. Leading the project management of tool development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Organizing and managing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by working closely together with both the local markets and external parties.
Profil
- You have a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- You are highly motivated to enhance your knowledge and understanding of data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. You are comfortable working with large datasets and handling multiple data sources
- You are a good communicator and are detail-oriented. Your eagerness to learn is your drive to kick start your career in data analysis.
