**LOGISTICS PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Project management - As
- **logistics project manager**, your responsabilities are the following:
- Project Management : lead and manage **the end-to-end execution of complex logistics projects**, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specific client requirements ;
- Strategic Planning : develop **strategic plans** for logistics projects, identifying goals, required resources, constraints and potential risks ;
- Team Coordination **:collaborate with internal and external teams**, such as operations, procurement, warehouses and carriers, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution ;
- Performance monitoring **:monitor and evaluate project performance** using appropriate tools and indicators, taking corrective actions if necessary ;
- Risk management **:identify potential risks** associated with logistics projects and implement **preventive measures** to mitigate them ;
- Communication : ensure clear and regulate **communication** with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues encountered, and proposed solutions ;
- Process Optimization : identify **opportunities for improving existing processes** and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency ;
- Compliance with Regulations : ensure that all logistics projects comply with applicable regulations and standards, including safety, customs compliance, and environmental protection ;
- Reporting and Documentation : prepare **progress reports, post-project evaluations, and relevant documentation** to ensure complete traceability of activities and outcome.**Vos talents**:
- Proactive and results oriented - YOU are the perfect match if:
- you are a **bachelor in logistics or supply chain** ;
- you have **minimum 5 years of experience** in transport or in warehousing logistics ;
- you speak **French and/or English and/or Dutch** (at least 2 languages) ;
- you have knowledge in **WMS** ;
- you have an **expertise in automation or robots integration** ;
- you understand the terms as copacking, repacking, kitting, EDI.
