Who we are
Rock.estate is a data science company, specialised in the remote evaluation of buildings on a country-wide scale. We combine various forms of geodata with the latest AI and machine learning techniques.
Multiple insurers and banks already use our solution to understand the value and the risks of their customer’s houses. This enables them to digitize their product offering with frictionless customer journeys without compromising on risk management.
What you can expect
We are looking for someone to join the team, on a full-time basis, to assist our business in performing remote real estate valuations. Your responsibilities amongst others will include:
- Undertake remote valuation assignments by conducting remote inspections and preparing valuation reports
- Actively contribute to the optimisation and automation of Rock.estate's valuation methodology to further streamline the remote valuation process for our customers
- Act as a link between Rock.estate and our customers

**Required skills & experience**
You could be the one we are looking for if:
- You are a team player, fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a decent knowledge of English
- You have at least a bachelor degree, preferably in real estate, business or economics
- You adapt and learn quickly
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- You have a keen interest in technology and real estate
