Voor ons Benelux recruitmentteam zijn we op zoek naar een creatieveling die recruitment marketing voor ons gaat opzetten_

Wat ga je doen als Online Marketeer Recruitment?

De afgelopen 5 jaar hebben we flinke stappen gemaakt met recruitment: wat begon als één Corporate Recruiter voor de Benelux is ondertussen uitgegroeid tot een team van 3 collega's. Dankzij een goedlopend recruitmentproces weten we met een relatief klein team jaarlijks zo'n 300 nieuwe collega's aan te nemen. Het is nu tijd voor de volgende stap en daarvoor zijn we op zoek naar jou als Recruitment Marketeer

We willen namelijk graag aan de slag met ons werkgeversmerk, de carrièrepagina optimaliseren en veel meer content delen met onze collega's alsmede online via alle relevante (social media) kanalen. Dankzij jouw creatieve brein, enthousiasme en interne samenwerking met collega's kunnen we hier flinke stappen in gaan maken. Voor Nederland en België beheer jij de carrièrepagina, schrijf je blogs, maak je allerlei soorten content, bedenk je wervingscampagnes en ben je betrokken bij (internationale) projecten rondom employer branding.

Verder zijn er verschillende vraagstukken die ons bezighouden, zoals: Hoe kunnen we laten zien wat voor leuke mensen bij CWS werkzaam zijn? Hoe zorgen we voor meer online zichtbaarheid? En op welke manier kunnen we Gen Z aantrekken? Jij weet de antwoorden op deze vragen

In deze functie word je onderdeel van een jong en informeel team. We bestaan uit één man (27 jaar) en twee vrouwen (27 en 31 jaar). We werken graag hard en zijn heel resultaatgericht, maar willen het vooral gezellig hebben met elkaar. We gaan dan ook regelmatig wat leuks doen na werk of gewoon even een hapje eten of een borreltje drinken.

Wat neem je mee?

Bij CWS vinden we het belangrijk dat er een persoonlijke klik is en jij je draai kunt vinden in het team. Daarnaast zijn we hard aan het groeien en innoveren en moet je daarin mee kunnen bewegen.- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een relevante studierichting en bent op zoek naar eerste of tweede carrièrestap;- We kunnen jou omschrijven als iemand met een vlotte pen, je bent enthousiast, communicatief en staat graag veel in contact met mensen;- Idealiter ben je handig met een camera om foto's en/of video's te maken die we kunnen gebruiken voor recruitment doeleinden;- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, Engels is gewenst;- Gezien dit een Beneluxfunctie betreft, ben je bereid om op verschillende locaties te werken. Idealiter woon je dan ook centraal in deze regio, bijvoorbeeld tussen Antwerpen en Breda.
