De taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de Data Governance Expert liggen in het graduele opzet van een formele data governance binnen de organisatie aan de hand van use cases. Binnen de eerste twee use cases zal de Data Governance Expert
- de verschillende activiteiten structureren en coördineren,
- de verschillende stakeholders begeleiden en coachen,
- deelnemen aan analyse van betrokken processen, en van de hieraan gelinkte Master Data en Data Quality.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in Analyse van Data Quality
- Aantoonbare ervaring in Master Data Management
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het gebruik van SAS binnen data & statistische analyse en reporting
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen Data Analyse
- Aantoonbare ervaring in Project Management in een Data domein
- Minimaal een eerste aantoonbare ervaring in Change Management of Coaching binnen een data (governance) domein
- Kandidaat bezit een certificatie Collibra - minstens Data Steward
- Grondige kennis van en ervaring met Data Governance frameworks (vnl DMBOK)
- Kandidaat bezit een Bachelor of een Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke of economische richting
- Een grondige kennis van het gesproken en geschreven Engels
- Een grondige kennis van het gesproken en geschreven Nederlands en/of Frans en minstens een goede passieve kennis van de andere taal
- Sterk stakeholder management op alle niveau's. Ook onder moeilijke omstandigheden in staat om tot een akkoord te komen dat door iedereen gedragen wordt
