Randridge International are hiring an Foreman required for an Industrial engineering site in Antwerp

Working hours from Monday to Friday from 07.00AM to 05.00PM. (normal hours 50/week)

Accommodation, flights, transport and food allowance (on top of the rate) will be provided. Salary / rate negotiable in accordance with Experience and Certification.

Specific objectives:

- Represent Randridge on the designated projects.
- Implementation of VCA.P requirements, participates actively in promoting safety and tool box talks.
- Evaluation of Site Personnel.
- Planning of activities to ensure the most efficient working.

Details of Position:

- Holds appropriate craft training certificate.
- Respects company’s administration rules/regulations.
- Has continuous daily contact with the his crew.
- Install electrical/instrumentation systems in compliance with I.F.C. documentation, client specifications and National & European Electrical Regulations.
- If necessary to perform at a pro rata also installation works as described in job descriptions Electrician and Instrument Fitter.
- To give instructions so works done are efficient and carried out in accordance with client requirements and quality level.
- Reports to Supervisor on a daily basis regarding required manpower, progress, material handling and stock control.
- Investigates future work-area’s for access, availability etc.
- Reading drawings e.g. connection diagrams and location drawings.
- Ensures due care of tools and materials issued to carry out the works.
- Works safely in accordance with company, client, national regulations and good practice.
- Arranges tool box talks.
- Works in full accordance with project permit and lock-out procedure.
- Ensures a clean and tidy work area.

Education/Knowledge:

- VCA VOL safety certificate
- NEN 3140, knowledge of NEN 1010 or equivalent CE norms.
- Job training on specific equipment/tools.
- English language reading and speaking
