Customer Success Intern

Are you ready to kickstart your career in technical sales and build great relationships with electrical professionals? As our **Intern Technical Sales Advisor**, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support on all things related to electrical installations, control systems, and lighting. You’ll be the first point of contact through various channels, helping them find the right solutions and sharing the best advice.

In this role, you’ll handle the quotation process from start to finish—understanding customer needs, suggesting the ideal products, and offering technical guidance. You’ll also support your team by giving technical training, explaining products, and sometimes going on-site for a closer look.

- Has a technical background (electricity, electromechanics, industrial sciences) or hands-on experience in the field
- Knows their way around residential electricity and has a knack for technical advice
- Is customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Is passionate about lighting, eager to learn, and up-to-date on industry innovations
- Brings optimism and a team-oriented spirit, but can work independently too
