Functieomschrijving

Als Recruitment Assistant binnen FPC Gent en FPC Antwerpen ondersteun je de HR officers in het volledige rekruteringsproces.

Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn:

- Binnen de rekrutering van nieuwe medewerkers bestaan je werkzaamheden, voornamelijk (80%) uit de screening van de binnenkomende CV's, het inplannen van interviews met de kandidaten (na een telefonische screening), referentieafnames,...

Je voelt je daarbij als een vis in het water bij het plegen van telefoongesprekken. Je excelleert in je taalvaardigheid waarbij je als eerste aanspreekpunt het imago van de organisatie weet te belichamen;
- Je gaat gericht op zoek naar kandidaten via diverse rekruteringstools. Je munt uit in het beheersen van de sociale media kanalen en weet als geen ander op deze manier kandidaten te rekruteren. Het is je zending om zo goed als alle kandidaten te searchen via eigen initiatieven. Slechts in beperkte mate wordt er samengewerkt met een rekruteringspartner.
- Samen met het HR team zet je je schouders onder het uitwerken van job evenementen (organisatie, communicatie,...), zowel intern als extern;
- Je ondersteunt mee het onthaal en de rondleidingen van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires;

Profiel
- Je beschikt minimum over een A2 diploma en je hebt idealiter een aantoonbare gelinkte ervaring
- Ervaring in de sociale sector of de zorgsector is een pluspunt;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent ervan op de hoogte dat de job in hoofdzaak telefonisch verkeer inhoudt en je voelt je van nature aangetrokken tot een dergelijke taakinvulling.
- Je handelt integer, bent discreet en respecteert de vertrouwelijkheid;
- Zin voor vooruitgang, dienstverlening en teamspirit typeren jou;
- Je bent goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig, je kunt autonoom werken en stresssituaties beheren;
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands;
- Kennis van het softwarepakket Progreso is een pluspunt;
- Je beheerst vlot MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aanbod
- Je komt terecht in een dynamische en gezonde organisatie, waar teamwork centraal staat;
- Je zal tewerkgesteld worden in beide sites, waarbij de aanwezigheid evenredig zal verdeeld worden over FPC Antwerpen (Linkeroever) en FPC Gent. Afhankelijk van de noden kan hiervan afgeweken worden.
- Je oefent deze boeiende functie voltijds of deeltijds uit in een aangename, moderne werkomgeving;
- Je krijgt een opleiding on-the-job;
- IFIC salarisschaal 12 (vanuit barema 1.39) wordt voorzien, aangevuld met een groepsverzekering (pensioensparen, invaliditeits
- en overlijdensverzekering, verzekering gewaarborgd loon), hospitalisatieverzekering en ADV-dagen. Je kan daarnaast genieten van verzorgde maaltijden;
- Er is voldoende (gratis) parking voor het centrum aanwezig. Voor de fietsers is er een kleedkamer met douche en kunnen de fietsen overdekt gestald worden. FPC motiveert duurzame mobiliteitsvormen: er is een derdebetalersregeling met NMBS, fietsvergoeding (0,25 EUR/km), carpoolbeleid,...;
