Plan International België
- Plan International België werkt al meer dan 40 jaar aan een wereld die rechtvaardig en veilig is voor alle kinderen. Alle kinderen hebben recht op onderwijs en kansen. Die rechtvaardigheid begint bij dezelfde kansen voor meisjes en jongens. Meisjes worden nog te vaak achtergesteld en gediscrimineerd, soms zelfs bedreigd en mishandeld.
- Plan International België maakt deel uit van een ambitieuze internationale federatie met projecten in bijna 80 landen (waaronder België). Met onze projecten genereren we impact, via beleidsbeïnvloeding, sensibilisering en projecten met en voor kinderen en jongeren.
- Plan International België is een sterk groeiende organisatie. Tijdens de laatste 5 jaar steeg ons inkomen van 14 miljoen naar 20 miljoen en groeiden we van 40 naar meer dan 65 zeer gedreven collega’s.
- Om de straffe ambities van Plan International België nog sterker te vertalen naar een betere toekomst voor kinderen en jongeren, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste, waardengedreven en vaardige Fundraising Director.
- Jouw rol als Fundraising Director
**Dankzij een succesvolle fondsenwerving creëren wij kansen voor kinderen wereldwijd. Tienduizenden trouwe donateurs geven onze organisatie kleur en kracht. Nieuwe private en corporate donateurs aantrekken en de relaties met nieuwe en bestaande donateurs onderhouden en versterken wordt de kern van je opdracht.**
Als Fundraising Director ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van een fondsenwervende, loyauteits
- en retentiestrategie in lijn met de meerjarenstrategie van Plan International België.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe fondsenwervende producten voor zowel private als corporate donors. Je werkt een bijhorende strategische communicatievisie uit om deze producten succesvol te implementeren. Je optimaliseert en ontwikkelt een kwalitatief databeheer.
- Je werkt hiervoor direct samen met alle andere afdelingen van onze organisatie, met name Marketing & Communication, Data & Systems, International Programmes, Policy & Social change en Strategy & Innovation. Je verwerft snel inzicht in de activiteiten van andere departementen en identificeert opportuniteiten tot samenwerken om onze fundraisinginkomsten, de kwaliteit en impact continu te verhogen.
- Jouw aanpak draagt bij tot de uitbouw van een sterke Plan Community en bekendheid van onze organisatie en haar werk.
- Als Director beschik je over zeer goede people management skills, met een sterke focus op mensen en cultuur door middel van strategische resourcing, ontwikkeling van talenten en een coachende aanpak. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers op alle niveaus zich gemachtigd en ondersteund voelen om op hun best te presteren binnen een positieve en stimulerende werkomgeving, en trots zijn op het werk dat ze leveren.
- Je bent een rolmodel voor op waarden gebaseerd leiderschap en samenwerking. Je verdedigt de waarden van de organisatie, zowel intern als extern.
- Je hebt ervaring in het uittekenen van een strategische koers en het implementeren ervan op inspirerende wijze. Budgetten en monitoring van ROI schrikken je niet af, zij maken vast onderdeel uit van je analyse en aanpak.
- Je hebt een goed netwerk dat je uitbouwt in functie van onze activiteiten en weet hoe je doelgericht en efficiënt externe commerciële partners (dienstverleners) kan enthousiasmeren en inzetten voor onze activiteiten.
- Binnen de internationale federatie leg je contacten met je peers wereldwijd en identificeer mogelijkheden tot schaalvergroting en future proof werken.
- Bovendien vertegenwoordig je onze organisatie binnen het Belgische NGO-landschap en het Consortium 12-12. Je bouwt ook daar een goed netwerk uit, gericht op samenwerking met andere NGO’s binnen de federaties waar Plan International deel van uit maakt.
- Als lid van het directiecomité van Plan International België zet je mee de koers uit voor de hele organisatie en kan je departement-overstijgende belangen identificeren en behartigen.
- Jouw profiel
**Opleiding**
- Masterdiploma Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Marketing, Sales, Communication, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
**Kennis en ervaring**
- Je hebt:
- 8 à 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een expert/managementpositie waarvan mínimaal 6 jaar in een managementfunctie.
- 8 à 10 jaar ervaring in fundraising en/of verkoop B2C met aantoonbare successen. Je bent up-to-date met de laatste trends.
- Ervaring met communicatie en marketing, waaronder digitaal, in een fondsenwervende of vergelijkbare context. Je bent eveneens in staat om hierrond jouw bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een communicatiestrategie.
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in people management en het brengen naar een hoger niveau van je team.
- Aantoonbare ervaring en succesvol in het ontwikkelen van een lange termijnstrategie en -visie, evenals de roll-out die gericht is op groei, fondsen
