As our pastry production chef de partie you work closely with your kitchen colleagues. You increase the quality and continuity in the pastry section by optimizing workflows. At the same time, your efficiency lowers the pressure within the team.

You also support the pastry team by
- sharing your thorough knowledge of mise-en-place and preparations such as desserts, pastries, ice cream, cakes, mignardises,
- verifying and managing the product quality,
- following safety and HACCP measures,

Profile
- You have a passion for sweet delights
- You are fluent in English.
- You are a team player who helps a team grow.
- You are willing to develop yourself as well.
- You have experience working with top-quality produce.

What’s in it for you?

We offer you a fixed (full-time) contract. You will work five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. You will be part of a young, motivated team of professionals, all of which driven to push their limits.
