**Education & Training Leader**:
Pringles maakt deel uit van de Kellogg Company. In België zijn er zo’n 650-tal mensen tewerkgesteld in onze Pringles fabriek te Mechelen, een van de grootste en belangrijkste productievestigingen van Pringles in de wereld. In Mechelen produceren we voor Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Pringles wordt wereldwijd verkocht en wist je dat er meer dan 30 smaken verkrijgbaar zijn?****

**Verwachtingen**

Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de Education & Training (E&T) processen en je bent administrator van het Kellogg Learning Management Systeem (LMS), een online platform.
Je voert training need en skill need assessments uit, m.a.w. je brengt in kaart waar de trainingsnoden zitten.
Je helpt bij de uitvoering van aanwervingscampagnes en interviewt kandidaat collega’s.
Je bent back-up van de recruiter binnen de werving en selectie.
Je organiseert de onboarding van nieuwe werknemers.
Je biedt mee ondersteuning in het Talent & Welzijn team waar je deel van uitmaakt.
Je begeleidt vanuit je E&T verantwoordelijkheden de interne en externe certificerings audits.
Je voert verliesanalyses uit gelinkt aan het niet hebben van of onvoldoende kennis.
Je bent back-up leider van een team dat instaat voor het waarborgen van de E&T processen voor de hele fabriek volgens een interne Kellogg methodiek.
Je volgt de maandelijkse resultaten (KPI’s) op gelinkt aan E&T
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van het dagprogramma van de wekelijkse opleidingsdag van de operationele team.
Je woont kwalificaties bij en beoordeelt de resultaten



**Jouw profiel**

Het opleiden van grote groepen schrikt je niet af, je bent communicatief vaardig en kan met passie opleiding geven.
De grootste doelgroep zijn technisch geschoolde werknemers, dus een technische achtergrond of ervaring als opleidingsverantwoordelijke in een fabrieksomgeving zal je zeker helpen in de uitvoering van je functie.
Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en het nodige initiatief om zaken gericht aan te pakken, uit te werken, te analyseren, te verbeterenJe kan hierin ook zelf de leiding nemen.
Je hebt een passie voor mensen, je bouwt je interne netwerk uit, en zorgt zo voor de juiste begeleiding van al onze collega’s.
Indien werving en selectie vanuit een opleiding of ervaring je niet vreemd is, is dat alvast mooi meegenomen.
Je kan vlot werken met een computer en bijhorende programma’s.
Naast het Nederlands, communiceren wij met onze Europese collega’s in het Engels (spreken en schrijven)

Je maakt deel uit van het Talent & Welzijn team (3 personen) binnen de HR afdeling (10 personen) van onze fabriek. Wij zien eerder de opportuniteit of uitdaging dan de beperking. Humor is onze voeding, maar we nemen ons werk heel serieus. We zijn zeer open, maar behandelen de informatie binnen onze afdeling als vertrouwelijk.
Alle werknemers zijn je interne ‘klanten’.
