**Marketing Specialist, Material Handling**
Do you want to play an integral part in Hyundai’s day-to-day marketing communications activity, with the chance to add your creativity to our online and offline activities? You will champion and drive marketing for our Material Handling
(MH) division and support the wider activities of the Marketing Department.
In this exciting role you will be the driving force in bringing our fantastic machines to market, creating wide-ranging content, producing product brochures and website assets, organising European events, all to engage an avid audience, support our dealers and ultimately sell machines.
Hyundai Material Handling Europe is growing, and we want you to be part of our journey. We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, multi-talented marketing professional to join our team as **Marketing Specialist.**
**What can you expect from this challenging job?**
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the main driver of marketing around new and existing product ranges across Europe, through developing and rolling out inspiring campaigns. You’ll have the freedom to propose fresh creative ideas which touch on all areas of marketing, online and offline. No two days will be the same, as you get stuck into building a brand which appeals to both owners and operators of machinery across various sectors and European countries.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Collaborate to define an on-brand marketing strategy for your products with clear objectives and measurable goals
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that machines are launched in the right way and in the key markets
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure out Press & PR is top notch, that our website it up to date and appealing and advertising is booked to showcase our brand.
- Write and produce clear and concise briefs for marketing comms, managing extensive photography, video and CGI to support the key product attributes
- Deliver timely & effective marketing communications across all channels
- Working with numerous external agencies and freelancers, helping to keep all the plates spinning.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the Material Handling industry, to help you relate to customers and spot sales opportunities
As part of a small, highly-ambitious marketing team, there will be opportunities to support in the ongoing needs of the whole MH department including (but not limited to) events management, internal communications, sales and administrative support, Press & PR coordination, new dealer onboarding.
**Have you got what it takes?**
As a marketing professional with a wide-ranging brief, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications
- Experience in managing offline and online channels
- Brand management experience
- Strategic and organised, clear brief writing
- Great reporting and communication skills, with comfort presenting to key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver to complex deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to devise, create and implement campaigns
- Excellent English and in an ideal world, proficient in at least one other European language (French, German or Dutch)
- Previous experience of marketing large capital equipment, automotive, off
- Highway, agricultural equipment is an advantage but not crucial
