**_ QC Logistic Supervisor _**:
**Job purpose**:
As QC Logistic Supervisor you are responsible to manage a logistic team of technicians in charge to store reagents used for QC testing purpose and to expedite them internationally.

**In this role you will**:

- Supervise a team of logistic technician(s) (train and develop the team, plan prioritize logistic activities, manage the resources, and proactively anticipates resources needs).
- Manage deviations, CAPA and eCC tasks.
- Manage housekeeping of his area
- Ensure appropriate follow-up of equipment.

**_ Please note that this position is a short-term contract. _**

**_Please note that depending on your profile and experience we may offer to employ you in the grade different from the position grade._**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Scientific background
- At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated QC/R&D environment (GMP) or equivalent in university
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Team management with increasing responsibility and demonstrating leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP environment and Quality systems demonstrated by 5 years experienced.
- Full proficiency in French and good knowledge in English (written and spoken)

- Good networking and influencing skills.
- Proven communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Able to escalate quickly and manage risks properly.
