Ben jij een **reisliefhebber** met een **passie** voor het samenstellen van **unieke** **reiservaringen**? Wil je anderen helpen bij het **verwezenlijken** van hun **reisdromen**? Als **Travel** **Consultant** ben je de brug tussen **reizigers** **en** **onvergetelijke** **bestemmingen**. Met jouw **kennis**, **enthousiasme** en **klantgerichtheid** zorg je ervoor dat elke klant de **perfecte** **vakantie** **vindt**. Van **inspirerende** **bestemmingsadviezen** tot het regelen van **praktische** **details**, jij maakt als Travel Consultant van **elke** **reis** **een** **buitengewone** **herinnering**.
- **Verwelkom** **klanten** **met** **warmte** **en** **expertise** in onze reiswinkel en/of via digitale kanalen.
- **Luister** **aandachtig** naar de **behoeften** **en** **voorkeuren** van klanten om **op** **maat** **gemaakte** **reispakketten** te creëren.
- Deel je **passie** **voor** **reizen** door klanten te inspireren met **levendige** **bestemmingsinformatie** **en** **reistips**.
- Bied **uitgebreide** **kennis** van **reisroutes**, **accommodaties**, **transport** **en** **lokale** **cultuur** om de ideale reiservaring te plannen.
- Zorg voor een **vlekkeloze** **boekingservaring**, **inclusief** het regelen van **vluchten,** **accommodaties** **en** **eventuele** **extra's**.
- Houd **klanten** op de hoogte van **promoties**, **speciale** **aanbiedingen** **en** **nieuwe** **bestemmingen**.
- Werk **samen** **met** **collega's** om een gastvrije en **positieve** **sfeer** te **creëren** in de reiswinkel.
- **Blijf** **op** **de** **hoogte** **van** **trends** en ontwikkelingen in de reisindustrie om **klanten** **up-to-date** informatie te bieden.

- **Flexibiliteit** in werktijden, inclusief **weekenddiensten**.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands, Frans, Engels**:

- **Ervaring** in **klantenservice**, **verkoop** of de **reisbranche** is een **pluspunt**.
