Onze klant is een **stabiele, groeiende start-up gelegen in Brussel.**
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je zal rechtstreeks in contact staan met de klanten en property manager;
- Je staat in voor de eerstelijns telefonie;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de first line helpdesk en je werkt probleemoplossend;
- Elke call zal gelogd worden in een SAP systeem;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen van badges & sleutels;
- Klachtenbehandeling;
- Administratieve taken ad hoc.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Indien je reeds een eerste ervaring hebt opgebouwd binnen een soortgelijke functie is dit een pluspunt;
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma;
- Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels en Frans;
- MS Office kent geen geheimen voor jou, kennis van SAP is een groot pluspunt;
- Je bent communicatief en kritisch;
- Je staat graag in contact met klanten en werkt probleemoplossend.
**Het aanbod**:
- Je ontvangt een salaris tussen €2.500 en €3.500 bruto
- Aangevuld met extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, jaarlijkse premie, Ecocheques, forfaitaire onkosten, );
- Een interim opdracht met optie vast;
- Een parttime of 4/5de
