**Profiel en vaardigheden**
- Klanten helpen per telefoon en chauffeurs van maandag tot vrijdag van 08:00 - 17:00
- Probleemoplosser zijn is een tweede natuur
- Je bent respectvol en beleefd
- Actief luisteren en empathie zitten in je DNA
- U kunt zich probleemloos aanpassen aan de werklast en kunt omgaan met stress
- Enthousiasme en dynamiek zijn u aangeboren
- Je werkt graag samen met je gezin en bent zeer gemotiveerd
- U spreekt Nederlands of Frans en hebt een nagenoeg perfecte beheersing van de tweede landstaal (NL/FR)
