**About the Opportunity**:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Understand customers' needs and recommend the most suitable Transoft Solutions products based on their requirements;
- Develop a deep understanding of Transoft Solutions software and products in order to address technical inquiries from:
- Prospects, by helping them understand the advantages of these products and their added value to the prospect's business;
- Existing users, by ensuring that they use these products to their full potential and become loyal users;
- Provide product training to sales colleagues and resellers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills;
- Organize workshops to exchange information with users and prospects about our software and their implementation;
- Perform product demonstrations for customers and resellers;
- Schedule and perform classroom and online training sessions as required;
- Gather feedback from users, regarding the need for new features and products, to enhance Transoft's portfolio;
- Act as the market and product/service expert during the sales cycle by bringing insights and product expertise;
- Act as the first point of contact with customers for technical support, as needed.
**About You**:
- You must possess solid knowledge of CAD or other design software and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies;
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in civil, transportation or another relevant engineering field;
- You are a successful performer in a technical advisory/consulting role;
- You have a strong technical aptitude, allowing you to effectively communicate product benefits to a diverse range of customers;
- You are a problem solver who enjoys explaining technical details in an understandable manner and who loves winning your audience with your presentation skills;
- You have excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation;
- You have strong interpersonal and networking skills:
- Experience in technical sales would be an asset;
- You have an excellent command of both French and English. Proficiency in Spanish would be an asset.

- Comprendre les besoins des clients et recommander les produits Transoft Solutions appropriés en fonction de leurs exigences;
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des logiciels et des produits de Transoft Solutions afin de répondre aux demandes techniques:
- Des prospects, en les aidant à comprendre les avantages de ces produits et leur valeur ajoutée pour l'entreprise du prospect;
- des utilisateurs existants, en s'assurant qu'ils utilisent ces produits au maximum de leur potentiel et les fidéliser;
- Fournir une formation sur les produits aux collègues des ventes et aux revendeurs afin d'améliorer leur connaissance des produits et leurs compétences en matière de vente;
- Organiser des ateliers pour échanger des informations avec les utilisateurs et les prospects sur nos logiciels et leur mise en œuvre;
