Join our vibrant team as a Temporary Payroll Support in Mechelen

Our client is a multinational company specializing in high-tech products, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and global excellence.

As a Temporary Payroll Support, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic and international HR team based in Mechelen.

In this hybrid role, you'll spend 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home, offering both flexibility and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare payroll for 10 European countries.
- Manage HR administration and employee files.
- Generate reports on HR-related data (vacation, sickness, overtime).
- Provide overall support to the payroll team.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Previous experience in a data-focused role (payroll, finance, administration) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
- Analytical mindset and a sense of ownership.
- Openness to temporary work from our Mechelen headquarters.

**Opleiding**: Preferably holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

**Vakkennis**: Advanced knowledge of Excel.

**Talenkennis**: Excellent communication skills in English and any of the following languages: Czech, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian.
