**BESIX Group** is een toonaangevende multidisciplinaire Belgische groep, actief in de bouw-, vastgoedontwikkelings

BESIX Group onderscheidt zich binnen de sector voornamelijk door een in-house Engineering-afdeling, die een ruime ervaring heeft op het vlak van geotechniek, beton-technologie, methodes, planning en BIM- en System Engineering-tools.
Vacatureomschrijving
**Ter versterking van ons Sourcing en Recruitment Team zijn we bij BESIX op zoek naar een Campus Recruiter met passie voor rekrutering en interesse in de bouwsector.**
**Jouw rol**:
- Als Campus Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering en de organisatie van alle stages bij BESIX. Dit voor zowel België als het buitenland, op onze werven en op kantoor;
- Naast de stages beheer je ook je eigen vacatures van A tot Z. Dit voor zowel engineering als support profielen:
- opmaak en copywriting van de jobbeschrijving;
- sourcing en interviewen van kandidaten;
- uiteindelijk ben je ook nauw betrokken bij de finale selectie in samenspraak met het management, de loononderhandelingen, het contract en de onboarding;
- Je bouwt goede en duurzame relaties op met de verschillende universiteiten en hogescholen in België. Je zorgt er voor dat BESIX top-of-mind is bij de studenten. Hierbij promoot je de BESIX Employer en Talent Brand;
- Je coördineert en organiseert onze aanwezigheid op de verschillende jobbeurzen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van ons jaarlijkse rekruteringsevent voor startende ingenieurs: de BESIX Young Professional Days;
- Je bent een echte BESIX ambassadeur die als geen ander weet om kandidaten te enthousiasmeren en te motiveren om BESIX als hun toekomstige werkgever te overwegen;
- Je helpt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe tools en processen om het sourcing beleid nog verder te verbeteren en onze talent pools efficiënt te beheren;
- Je werkt nauw samen met externe rekruteringspartners (agentschappen) die je ondersteunen bij het invullen van bepaalde vacatures en je kan er goede relaties mee opbouwen;
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring als recruiter (intern en/of rekruteringskantoor);
- ** Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (schriftelijk en mondeling)** en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
- Je bent in het bezit van een master of bachelor diploma;
- Je bent nieuwsgiering en je hebt interesse in de bouwsector. Ervaring in de bouwsector of het rekruteren van ingenieursprofielen is een troef;
- Je organiseert graag events en je staat graag op jobbeurzen;
- Je hebt sterke interesse in communicatie, social media en ‘recruitment marketing’. Je hebt hier bij voorkeur ook al een eerste ervaring in opgedaan;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer;
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je kan je snel aanpassen in een zeer dynamische omgeving;
- Je bent stressbestendig;
- Je bent bereid om te werken vanuit het BESIX hoofdkantoor te Brussel, maar ook flexibel en mobiel om af en toe te werken vanuit onze verschillende vestigingen en werven in België;
