**As a Graduate SW Application Engineer you**:

- support colleagues and customers with designing in our solutions
- estimate the effort for your work and contribute to reviewing the estimates of peers;
- contribute to the design of the software that is to be made;
- build experience and know-how; and
- last but not least: you want to become a proud software craftswoman, craftsman, or crafts-X

**Your profile**

To be successful in this role you:

- have a Master’s degree in Software Engineering or Electronics, or reached this level through another form of training or internship experience,
- are a natural team player and actively participate in an agile project organization,
- are a good communicator can fluently express your ideas in spoken and written English,
- have a quality mindset and seek in-depth understanding of the technology you’re working on
- are motivated by gradually growing your impact on a project and our organization

**Moreover, you have a keen interest in**
- microcontroller architectures and peripherals,
- building real-time systems on bare metal or an RTOS using C,
- scripting in Python,
- design methods and software engineering processes.
- Electronics, inter chip communication, etc
