Dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres Als manager procurement en facilities ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor alles rond de externe uitgaven, zowel op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Maar samen met jouw team streef je ook naar een goed fleet
- en facilitymanagement binnen ons bedrijf.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een visie op het inzetten van freelancers waarbij de juiste partij wordt gecontacteerd voor de juiste prijs. Je bewaart hierbij het totaaloverzicht van alle freelancers, looptijden, indexaties, einddata, input naar HRJouw streefdoel is dat onze exerne kosten blijven dalen door het realiseren van savings.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de externe uitgaven, fleet
- en accommodatiebeslissingen in lijn zijn met onze bedrijfsstrategie.
- Je bewaakt samen met jouw team de totaalkost van onze fleet en zorgt voor een efficiënt proces hierrond in samenwerking met HR.
- Op vlak van accommocatiemanagement bent je verantwoordelijk voor het operationele, strategische, contractuele en compliant gedeelte.
- Je zorgt voor een excellent end-to-end aankoopproces. Alle aspecten (afstemming met legal, GDPR, business) worden door jou gecoördineerd. Alle externe aankopen volgen het correcte proces van initiëring, budgetapproval, partijkeuze tot purchase order request. Ook alle administratie rond uitgaven (leveranciers aanmaak, finale check op PO's naar leveranciers, contacten, opvolgingen bij ontvangst) behoren tot jouw takenpakket.
- Je bewaart het overzicht voor een efficiënt logistiekbeheer en de receptiediensten.
- Beheren van alle aspecten van facility, inclusief operationele, strategische, contractuele en compliance aspecten.
- Jouw team van 4 medewerkers rapporteren rechtstreeks aan jou en jij zet graag jouw people skills in om hen zowel individueel als in team verder te laten ontwikkelen.

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma en je hebt reeds enkele jaren werkervaring binnen aankoop of facility.
- Je bent kritisch, durft processen in vraag te stellen en reikt opportuniteiten tot verbetering aan en je hebt geen schrik om in day-to-day operations te duiken.
- Je bent analytisch en data gedreven.
- Je kan vlot analyses maken in excel.
- Je durft ambitieuze doelen vooropstellen en nastreven
- Je geeft je team de kans om zichzelf te ontwikkelen en ownership te nemen over hun verantwoordelijkheden.
- Je benadert complexe probleemstellingen in dialoog met diverse stakeholders en houdt een open vizier voor alternatieve oplossingen.
