**Job Description**:
Calling all organizational wizards and multitasking maestros As the Office Manager at 87seconds, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures our office operates smoother than a perfectly edited video. **Responsibilities**:

- Be the scheduling guru, arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans like a seasoned pro.
- Spread the word Prepare and distribute internal communications, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Organize and tame the paper beast by maintaining files, documents, and records like a true organizing aficionado.

- Don your superhero cape and oversee office maintenance, ensuring supplies and equipment are fully stocked and ready for action.
- Channel your negotiation skills with vendors to ensure they deliver their goods and services on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with HR processes and basic financial management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in NL/FR and EN.
