We are hiring a **Junior Supply Chain Analytics Consultant **to join our growing Axon team.
Axon is a cloud-based SaaS solution that supports companies in their journey towards resilient supply chains via a Digital Supply Chain Twin (DSCT). It observes the demonstrated SC behaviour, predicts future performance and supports clients to act upon spotted risks & opportunities.
Your role
As a Junior Supply Chain Analytics Consultant for our **Axon technology** you will play a key role in the Axon implementation projects. You are responsible for the planning, design and oversight of the Axon configuration and integration with remote enterprise systems.
What you'll be doing:
- You gain a deep understanding of our client’s needs and the targeted business processes.
- You will be involved in various Axon implementation projects, as a Jr. Axon consultant.
- You build a thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
- You deliver end-user training and ensure a smooth transition to the client after the implementation phase.
- You actively help in improving our Axon product features and support processes based on customer feedback by interfacing with the product/solution owner and customer support.
**Your Skills**:
- You have a Master's or Higher degree in science or engineering (applied science, commercial, industrial, information technology ), business management, data science, or related areas.
- You have a strong interest in Supply Chain Processes and Solutions
- Interested in data (science) tools (SQL, Python, R ) and data visualization tools (PowerBI )
- Interested in AI/ML concepts & tools.
- You can analyze and process large amounts of data.
- You are proficient in the use of office and project management tools.
- Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
- You’re fluent in English.
- You can quickly build up excellent product knowledge and stay up to date.
- You are precise and rigorous, but without losing yourself in details.
- You are flexible, committed and results-oriented.
