As an Open Source DBA you are interested in database installation, migration & management. You are passionate about Open Source databases (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB,) and you want to make a difference. You have a positive mindset and you are only satisfied with finding the best solution for your customer. Then you are the one we are looking for.

**What will you **do?**:
You install, migrate & manage Open Source database environments while providing guidance and support for customers. They can count on you to find a solution for their database related issues. You will be responsible for health checks, tuning and daily maintenance.

**Your **skills**:

- MySQL and/or Postgres database systems
- Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of automation (Kubernetes, Ansible, )
- Min. 2 years experience in database management or relevant _work_ experience
- English, Dutch and/or French

**Your **personality**:

- Accurate & Responsible
- Educate others & certify yourself

- You have great customer service skills
