**EQUANS**, the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium, is looking for a
**Bid Writer - Offshore Wind** for Hoboken.

Do you get energy from writing convincing bid texts? Are you the expert in translating customer wishes into a convincing offer?

EQUANS is market leader in the supply of high voltage platforms for the offshore wind industry and has the ambition to professionalise their tendering process.

Since
**writing is your absolute specialism**, you make an important contribution to this professionalisation process and together with the tender team you will
**translate the technical complexities of building an Offshore Substation into an understandable and compelling storyline **for the client.

As we have an international clientele, almost all of this writing will be in
**English** (but this will not be a problem for you). Within the team you will be able to communicate (on a professional technical level) in English, with a working knowledge of Dutch and/or French being an advantage (other languages are a bonus).

**What do you need?**

You will be able to write effective, concise and compelling content while under the pressure associated with deadlines. The ability to work in a team and to get accurate, high quality information from all bid stakeholders in order to produce bid content is essential.

You will be able to pull together factual information from internal and external technical sources and bring these together to form documents that both answer the client's requirements and explain our solution in an interesting and comprehensive way.

You will have proven experience in writing Tender documentation in a complex industry (Oil and Gas, Renewables, Construction, etc.) and understand the process of translating complex technical information into understandable and compelling documentation.

- excellent communicator-
