**A new challenge?**

**Main responsibilities and key tasks**
- You are responsible for production (Extrusion, Twist and Heatset), maintenance, HSE and QC. 160 people in total are reporting directly and indirectly to you.
- You are responsible of Manufacturing operations and coordinate all activities related to production, Quality, efficiency, cost control, inventory management. You work collaboratively with other departments on Human resources, planning, logistics, product developments and innovation etc
- You take swift and correct decision based on thorough and critical analysis.
- You develop procedures, parameters and signposts that create transparency for all stakeholders.
- You deal with problems as they arrive and solve them in a sustainable way.
- You are in charge of proposing investments and implementing them.

**Competencies and skills**
- You hold a Master degree or equivalent by experience.
- You have a proven track record as a production or operations manager in a complex structure.
- You are an enthusiastic and dynamic leader for your team, including dotted line and indirect reports.
- You are an analytical mind, hands-on with a critical eye on things.
- You are flexible, open and always looking for improvement opportunities.
- You are good at decision taking and can bring your point-of-view across to others.

**Languages**

You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
