**Your Challenge;**
Be part of a medical team consisting of experienced doctors and nurses. Assess the urgency of situations involving our insured customers in case of illness or accidents abroad. Obtain the necessary information as quickly as possible via phone from on-site medical teams and/or from the patient or their family. Analyze the obtained information to make the quickest and best decision for optimal medical care of the patient. Implement a medical repatriation as soon as possible, ensuring appropriate safety measures for the pathology and logistics involved. Work with colleagues from the assistance team to ensure proper care of the patient upon their return to their home country. Analyze and control expenses. Depending on your field experience, there may be an opportunity to join the repatriation team.
**Your Profile;**
- Trilingual in Dutch, English, and French. A very good level of English is required for international contacts and to assist our English-speaking patients.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Experience in an emergency department and/or travel medicine. Experience in a medical assistance department within a private company is a plus.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills and the ability to synthesize information are assets.
- You have strong listening skills, are assertive, and customer-oriented.
- Affinity with the world of travel.
