De hoofdgebouwen (in Brussel, Charleroi en Berchem) en commerciële centra van AG (in Luik, Leuven, Gent en Roeselare) verwelkomen dagelijks onze 4.400 collega's en tal van externe bezoekers.
Om ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt, houdt het team Building Security een oogje in het zeil. Voor dit team zijn we op zoek naar een **Buildings Security Officer.**
**Je functie**
- Jij bent de bewaker van het AG-huis. Dit betekent dat je de toegangsaanvragen voor de AG-gebouwen beheert.
- Is er een noodgeval rond de veiligheid van onze gebouwen (bijvoorbeeld een incident of inbraak)? Dan sta jij in de frontlinie.
- Je beheert de servicecontracten en de contacten met externe leveranciers op het vlak van gebouwveiligheid.
- Je coördineert de projecten van de entiteit Building Security van AG en sporadisch die van onze dochterondernemingen en/of Ageas.
- Actie ondernemen is goed. Maar die acties ook evalueren is nog beter Je brengt verslag uit over de activiteiten van de dienst en je doet voorstellen om ze te verbeteren.
- Je bent de back-up van de verantwoordelijke van Building Security voor de operationele taken.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je bent op de hoogte van de **wetgeving op het vlak van gebouwveiligheid**.
- Heb je ook** ervaring met project
- en/of servicecontractmanagement**? Geweldig
- **Klantgerichtheid** is je sterke punt: je hebt maar een half woord nodig.
- Voor jou zijn er geen problemen, alleen **oplossingen**. En die vind je door te **luisteren** naar de klanten, maar ook naar je collega's.
- **Argumenteren en overtuigen**? Dat gaat vlot want je bent voldoende assertief.
- We kunnen rekenen op je **teamgeest, organisatie **en** oog voor detail**. Ook als de deadlines krap zijn...
