Een boeiende en afwisselende job waarin je het voortouw neemt bij het opzetten en begeleiden van zowel eigen als externe events en de **FLOW**SPARKS-community verder laat groeien. Een uitdagende functie en een geweldige kans om je organisatorische en social media skills in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen.
- Als Brand & Community Manager werk je in een enthousiast en ambitieus team. Wanneer je niet vanuit thuis werkt, werk je vanuit ons hippe kantoor in MeetDistrict van de Ghelamco Arena in Gent, Antwerpen of op ons kantoor in Eindhoven. Net wat voor jou het handigst isJouw rol

We zijn op zoek naar een creatieve duizendpoot met een passie voor design, social media, communicatie en verbinden. De **FLOW**SPARKS-community is groot en kan nóg groter
- Als Brand & Community Manager ben jij dé persoon die zorgt voor een professionele, consistente uitstraling van
- **FLOW**SPARKS over alle uitingen en media.Wat verwachten we van jou?

**FLOW**SPARKS ontwikkelt e-Learningsoftware en bedient klanten over de hele wereld. De wens is om verder te groeien en daarom hebben we jouw input hard nodig
- Als Community & Event Manager ben je goed in het
- Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van alle FLOWSPARKS uitingen
- Schrijven van teksten in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Bedenken en uitwerken van originele social media posts.
- Uitbreiden en onderhouden van de (online) FLOWSPARKS-community.
- Zien van kansen om FLOWSPARKS nog meer op de kaart te zetten. Denk aan korte video’s of gave ideeën voor events.
- Plannen van al je taken en schakelen met interne en externe stakeholders.

Maar ook heb je
- Een bachelordiploma in de wacht gesleept.
- Een aantal jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie op zak.
- Een vlotte pen en een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Kennis van Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, video of andere tools waar je gave content mee kan maken.
- Een open houding en frisse inzichten om je functie zelf verder vorm te geven en in te kleuren.
- En last but not least _
- Ben je ambitieus en proactief.
- Werk je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband met het marketingteam en de andere collega’s.
- Heb je zin om in een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie een echte bijdrage te leveren en het verschil te maken.

Wij creëren FLOW: Flexibel Leren in een Online Wereld

**FLOW**SPARKS is een SaaS-leerplatform waarmee organisaties zelf in staat zijn om snel en eenvoudig e-Learning te maken en aan te bieden. Dit platform is uniek en de aanpak geniet internationale erkenning. In 2021 ontvingen we maar liefst drie awards uit België, Duitsland en de Verenigde Staten. Naast het platform bieden we services aan waarbij onze Learning Developers en Graphic Designers projecten uitwerken voor de klant.

Als organisatie zijn we constant op zoek naar manieren om te innoveren. Dit doen we vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Gent (België), ons kantoor in Antwerpen en ons kantoor te Eindhoven (Nederland).
