Pour une société faisant partie d'un grand groupe, Actief Wavre recherche un Expert en automation:

- Expertise dans la gestion des projets (de A à Z) de moyenne et grande taille en électricité industrielle
- Orienté « solutions » face aux clients
- Personne organisée, alliant de bonnes connaissances techniques avec un excellent sens du contact relationnel

Directement rattaché à la direction, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié entre la société et ses clients tout au long du processus d’exécution de projets destinés à l’industrie (armoires de commande, instrumentation, PLC, process).Vos tâches et responsabilités sont nombreuses:

- être le lien privilégié entre le client final et notre société tout au long de l’exécution du projet en analysant les besoins spécifiques et en transformant ces besoins dans l’exécution.
- Etudier les cahiers des charges des projets ; analyser et chiffrer les projets en vous appuyant si nécessaire sur le bureau d’études.
- Assister aux réunions avec les clients; superviser les phases d’installation des projets ; assurer le respect des engagements contractuels en termes de qualité technique et sécurité.
- Vous contrôlez également les budgets en assurant la rentabilité financière des projets ; tracer les écarts importants avec les offres techniques pouvant être générateurs de coûts non prévus dans les projets (qualité, coûts, délais, risques).

Les projets en électricité-automation sont principalement destinés à l’industrie et peuvent être techniquement variés dans des secteurs comme l’agro-alimentaire, la chimie, le pharma, le recyclage, l’industrie lourde

**Ce que nous demandons de vous**:

- De formation supérieure de type long (Ingénieur industriel ou Bachelier en électrotechnique équivalent par expérience), vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 5 années dans la gestion de projets en électricité pour l’industrie.
- Vous disposez de solides bases dans une ou plusieurs facettes de l’électrotechnique:
Chiffrage et supervision des étapes de montage/câblage sur site
- Dimensionnement et notes de calcul. Conception de tableaux électriques
- Programmation (TB connaissance en PLC SIEMENS) et pilotage de processus industriels
- Vous êtes disposé à compléter vos compétences actuelles, nous nous engageons à vous former pour développer votre polyvalence. Vous appréciez prendre vos responsabilités.
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et vous appréciez la collaboration.Grâce à votre excellente maturité professionnelle, vous êtes capable de fonctionner en mode projet.
- Vous faites preuve d’une grande curiosité intellectuelle et vous veillez à mettre à jour vos connaissances et votre expertise.
- Vous avez le sens du contact et des relations, que ce soit avec des clients ou avec vos collègues.
- Vous faites preuve de détermination pour atteindre des résultats probants.
- Vous êtes capable d’interagir et de négocier en français et en anglais technique, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
