**Hoe ziet het Trainee programma er bij ons uit?**
Tijdens de twee jaar van jouw Trainee programma bij Renewi zal je ingezet worden in functies en projecten die jouw leergierigheid en ondernemerschap zullen challengen. In dit programma krijg je de kans om de skills te ontdekken en ontwikkelen om een loopbaan uit te bouwen bij Renewi. Door dit programma krijg je een beeld van de activiteiten van Renewi en leer je het bedrijf vanuit de kern kennen, binnen verschillende domeinen van operations: vb. logistiek, productie, SHEQ, fleet,. om vervolgens heel gericht jouw kennis op te bouwen via specifieke opdrachten en projecten. De ene dag zit je in een vergadering met het management, de andere dag sta je met je werkkledij en helm aan op de werkvloer.
Wij investeren ook in jou We zorgen zowel voor jouw ontwikkeling op de werkvloer als voor jouw interpersoonlijke skills door samen met jou te bekijken bij welke opleiding jij baat hebt. Jouw traineeship is maatwerk. Tijdens en na elk deel van jouw traject krijg je uitgebreide feedback en word je begeleid door jouw coach en een mentor uit het management team. Op deze manier word je ondersteund in jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bij de opbouw van jouw netwerk binnen Renewi en daarbuiten. Uiteraard zie je jouw Trainee collega’s regelmatig en kan je ervaringen uitwisselen.
Na jouw Trainee programma evalueren we samen in welke job binnen Renewi je het best tot je recht zult komen. Wij verwachten namelijk dat je een mooie carrière kan opbouwen en op termijn misschien één van de managers of specialisten van Renewi wordt.
**Wat verwachten wij?**
- Je hebt jouw Master of Bachelor studies succesvol afgerond: logistiek, economisch, supply chain, ingenieur, handelsingenieur,en je staat te popelen om het bedrijfsleven te leren kennen.
- Je hebt maximum 3 jaar werkervaring.
- Je beschikt over uitgesproken interesse in operationele processen (productie, logistiek, etc.).
- Bovendien heb je de goesting en drive om bij te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen
- Je bent hands-on, zowel in het bedenken van oplossingen als naar de goesting om mee ‘op de vloer’ te staan.
- Je bent van nature een leider, je neemt de zaken in handen, zo ook jouw eigen traject.
- Je bent flexibel naar verplaatsingen toe; om het bedrijf te leren kennen, zal je je ook regelmatig naar de sites van Renewi over geheel België moeten verplaatsen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels. Kennis Frans is een voordeel.
