Actuellement, nous recherchons un **F&B Manager** pour le NH Hotel Gent Belfort
Vous êtes responsable du service de restauration et faites partie de l'équipe de direction de l'hôtel. En tant que responsable de la restauration, vous évaluez et encouragez votre équipe à tirer le meilleur d'elle-même et à continuer à se développer. Vous identifiez et communiquez les goulets d'étranglement et aidez à les résoudre. Vous contrôlez également la mise en œuvre des procédures internes et de la législation, par exemple dans le domaine du budget et de la planification et de l'HACCP. Enfin, vous entretenez une relation étroite avec les hôtes et, si nécessaire, vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les compliments et les plaintes.
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Rendre service aux clients vous donne le sourire. La mentalité du "toujours fairre plaisir" est pour vous une seconde nature, et vous vous efforcer à dépasser les attentes de nos clients ;
- Vous avez au moins trois ans d'expérience dans la direction d'une équipe dans un restaurant ou un hôtel et vous cherchez à diriger le département Food & Beverage
- En outre, vous savez comment obtenir le meilleur de votre équipe en la coachant, en l'inspirant et en la soutenant ;
- Vous aimez partager vos connaissances dans le domaine de la gastronomie et du service et vous avez une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
