**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Store Manager Sports Brand Wijnegem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de algemene werking van de winkel in Wijnegem Shopping. Je staat in voor het reilen en zeilen van een winkel van 800m² en stuurt een groeiend team van 40 personen aan. Je bent een echte people manager, je bent iemand die mensen drijft en samen met jouw team streeft naar optimale resultaten. Je stelt duidelijke cijfers en KPI’s (conversie, UPT, payroll, etc.) voorop en bekijkt die op dagelijkse basis. Je neemt daarbovenop de nodige acties om ervoor te zorgen dat de vooropgestelde omzet en KPI’s worden behaald. Daarnaast sta je als Store Managerook in voor het aanwerven en ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden. Je stimuleert en ziet toe op een commerciële, klantgerichte mentaliteit bij het team. Je floreert in een internationale omgeving waarbij je niet enkel zelf kan leren, maar ook anderen kan laten groeien. Als Store Manager sta je in nauw contact met Store Managers uit andere vestigingen en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Area Manager.
**Jouw profiel**
De ideale kandidaat als Store Manager beschikt over een bachelordiploma en mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een functie als Retail Store Manager van een grotere winkel. Je bent volledig bekend met de werking en procedures van een winkel, kan zelfstandig werken en hebt ervaring in het direct aansturen van een groter team en/of Assistant Store Managers. Je bent vlot pc-vaardig, kan cijfers en KPI’s analyseren en weet actiepunten concreet over te brengen op de werkvloer. Naast het Nederlands, heb je een goede kennis Engels gezien de internationale werkomgeving en jouw contacten met Store Managers uit andere vestigingen. Je hebt affiniteit met sportswear, bent flexibel en bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
