Expert BPMn

**Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job**
Looking for a Business Analyst/BPMN Expert, in order to model business processes as part of the company's transformation projects. This expert will be part of a centralized unit already in place and driven by the enterprise architecture.

**Responsibilities.**
- BPMN modeling in the EA Sparx tool
- Respect the methodology and governance set up by the Enterprise Architecture
- Integration of the modeled processes in the structure of the EA Sparx tool and use of the guidelines
- Recovery of the existing (Visio, Word,.ppt,...) and migration to Sparx EA
- Meet with the various business experts in order to model their processes
- Value Service* and Stakeholder Journey Modeling**:

- Organize, document and facilitate workshops with business representatives to identify representative cases and exceptions characteristic of this process
- Analyze and document risks and issues and report them to the team meeting
- Determine and monitor in collaboration with the project manager the performance and quality measurement indicators that must integrate the process management reporting
- Communicate and play a central role in relation to the project stakeholders
- Document operational procedures and instructions
- Report to the project manager
- A VALUE SERVICE is the set of all tasks in the Value Chain performed by people or systems to meet need or a request from a stakeholder while creating value for and/or for the stakeholder.

**A STAKEHOLDER JOURNEY is the sequence of actions, decisions, and interactions of a stakeholder type for an underlying value service in which they participate. A valuable service can involve one or more types of stakeholders. A type of stakeholder can be for example a B2C customer, a B2B customer, public authorities, a contractor, a third party for installation damage.
**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of BPMN
- Basic knowledge of the Sparx EA tool (must)
- Experience and excellent mastery of process modeling (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of French
- Experience in process optimization (Lean) (nice to have)
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis (Nice to have)
- Excellent reporting management skills for the project team and management
- Good command of Excel
- Experience in the development of communication materials
- Experience in change management
- Experience in facilitating workshops with the business independently
- Experience in project management is an asset
