Description

En tant que Junior Software Consultant pour notre solution Smartsales, ta mission consiste à traduire les besoins de tes clients en solutions logicielles ou technologiques. Tu es impliqué dans chaque étape du projet : depuis le premier contact avec les clients jusqu'à l'élaboration des solutions. Tu implémentes également ces solutions chez nos clients en les paramétrant pour qu'elles répondent parfaitement à leurs besoins.

En fonction de tes compétences en informatique et en programmation, tu peux choisir un rôle qui comprend la programmation proprement dite ou seulement la configuration de solutions logicielles.

Tu ne gères pas un seul client sur du long terme mais plutôt une multitude de clients et projets en même temps.

Un client n'est pas l'autre et nous en avons plus de 800 dans des domaines totalement différents. Tu peux donc te retrouver un jour dans un club de foot et le lendemain dans un centre hospitalier.

Responsabilités

Analyser et évaluer les besoins du client pour les demandes spécifiques

Traduire les besoins de tes clients en solutions logicielles ou technologiques

Participer à la programmation et ainsi qu'à l'implémentation de notre solution Smartsales chez nos clients

Paramétrer l'outil pour qu'il soit parfaitement adapté au besoin du client

Gérer ton planning de manière autonome ainsi qu'un portefeuille de clients

Entretenir une relation forte avec nos clients par tes conseils professionnels

Donner une formation standard au client sur l'utilisation de la solution

Assurer le suivi chaque semaine des projets encadrés par un Project Manager

Dans un premier temps, tu accompagneras un Consultant plus expérimenté sur le terrain. Un collègue-coach te suivra également pour te permettre de commencer ce nouveau challenge avec brio

Quel type de profil cherchons-nous ?

**Must-have**:
Master, idéalement en ingénieur de gestion avec une affinité avec l'IT

Capacité à sortir des sentiers battus et à prendre des initiatives

Compétences relationnelles fortes

Orienté client, aimer le contact client

Désireux de se déplacer en clientèle 2 à 3 jours par semaine

Être couteaux suisse et aimer la gestion multiprojets

Maximum 2 ans d'expérience
