Sibelga is de netbeheerder voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. Elke dag zetten onze 1 000 medewerkers zich in om 500 000 Brusselse gezinnen en ondernemingen van energie te voorzien. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad, werken al onze teams samen mee om het gebruik van energie vandaag en morgen eenvoudiger te maken.

**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Het departement Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle bedrijfsactiviteiten van Sibelga. Het stelt hen in staat efficiënt te zijn en te blijven evolueren. Het departement zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga wordt uitgerust met een autonoom IT-systeem in lijn met de evoluerende behoeften en technologieën.

De afdeling ‘Market & Metering Management’ van het departement DBS groeit volop onder impuls van de uitwerking van een federaal platform om de uitwisselingen met de markt te beheren, de invoering van nieuwe types slimme meters, de opname van de lokale productie (bv. de fotovoltaïsche panelen) en de opkomst van het elektrisch voertuig.

Om die nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan, willen wij ons Energy Transition team, dat ongeveer 20 medewerkers telt, versterken. Ons team beheert de applicaties die worden gebruikt voor de interactie met de markt en voor het beheer van klanten in een kwetsbare situatie.

Wij zijn dus op zoek naar een analist in het domein van het beheer van de interacties met de andere actoren van de energiemarkt en met de gebruikers van het Sibelga-net.

**JE JOB**:
Als Functional Analyst neem je volgende verantwoordelijkheden op jou:

- Je werkt mee aan de evolutie van onze applicaties. Je analyseert de behoeften van de business. Je voert besprekingen en organiseert workshops om mogelijke oplossingen toe te lichten en tot een consensus te komen, indien nodig.
- Je bepaalt de mogelijke oplossingen in lijn met de IT-architectuur en daarbij hou je rekening met de applicatie
- en technologische keten E2E. Je valideert die oplossingen met de business. Je bent de tussenpersoon tussen de business en onze ontwikkelingspartners.
- Je volgt de ontwikkelingscyclus op: je staat in voor de analyse van de behoeften en de functionele analyse met behulp van de geïmplementeerde methodes en tools, waaronder UML en Enterprise Architect voor de analyse. Je challenget de technische oplossingen voorgesteld door onze partners.
- Je controleert de kwaliteit van de ontwikkelings-deliverables. Je staat in voor de verschillende testfasen en bent betrokken bij de implementatie. Je houdt de referentiedocumentatie bij.
- Je coördineert de testplannen, je werkt ze uit en voert ze uit, om applicaties af te leveren waarvan de kwaliteit voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de productie.
- Je evalueert, analyseert en documenteert de vastgestelde bugs en volgt de oplossing ervan op.
- Je komt tussenbeide bij het beheer van problemen en je verleent ondersteuning bij incidenten, als tweede lijn.

**JE PROFIEL**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (burgerlijk ingenieur of master in de informatica)
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist
- Je bent vertrouwd met UML en Enterprise Architect
- Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP (en interfaces met andere applicaties)
- Ervaring in of kennis van de nutssector is een mooi pluspunt
- Kennis van webservices is altijd meegenomen
- Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands perfect en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal. Op professioneel vlak beheers je het technisch Engels
- Je werkt graag in teamverband
