What's your destination?

Techlead Customer Handling; As a senior Techlead you'll work together with a team of Developers on digital transactions in the domain of Customer Handling. These transactions are available via Mobile app or API. You're not only developing frontend in Angular (primary focus) or midtier in Java (secondary focus), but are also maintaining our overall architecture and improving the efficiency.

Within the train customer handling, we are investing in further digitalisation and STP processing in our processes around onboarding and AML related topics. Therefore we need additional power as sotware engineer as linking pin between our analists and our colleagues

What is your personality?

Based on your technical expertise, you provide advice to the Developers in your team and together you look for the best solutions. - You are a sparring partner for your team members, but also for the various stakeholders of projects. To make a difference for them, you understand the operation of our organization and business processes. You know how to motivate a team of Developers for the chosen solution. You learn to know the strength and growth opportunities of your team and provide the right mentorship to develop their technological skills. This leads to high performance and excellent coding quality. You achieve a vision on the framework and architecture credits and deposits. You are able to motivate and discuss this vision in FEA and towards business.

What does luggage hold?

You have the drive to master a job at this level. You can demonstrate this with five years of relevant experience. You have fully mastered this basis:

- Each of the technologies below that you are familiar with is an additional asset. Development environment: GIT, Jenkins, Maven, IntelliJ,...
- Cloud services: Docker, Kubernetis, Openshift, AWS,...
- Testing: unit testing, CI / CD, code analysis (Sonarqube,...)
- Design patterns: singleton,...
- Security: OWASP, SDLC, oAuth,...
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MariaDB,...
- Collaboration models for entreprises: Scaled Agile (SAFE) & DevOps
- Because you work in an international context, your language skills are important. You communicate -both in writing and orally
- at a professional level in English.
