**Your opportunity**

For our ambitious, fast growing team in the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced marketeer to lead and scale up our online and offline marketing function in **Belgium and Luxembourg**, as Growth Marketing Specialist. Working in the Growth Marketing team Benelux, you will be an expert and innovator in continuing to evolve how HelloFresh Belgium and Luxembourg acquires customers through a range of online and offline marketing channels. Your work will span a variety of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Social, and Display, as well as offline marketing channels, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Inserting, and Field Marketing as well as Referral Marketing.

**What you'll be doing**

Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing Benelux, your role will have the following primary responsibilities:

- Day-to-day collaboration with the Benelux marketing channel owners to build and execute a strong growth plan for our markets together and ultimately drive your markets' performance.
- Close collaboration with the global marketing teams (who are your partners responsible for executing campaigns) to continually optimize the online channel mix, spend, and tactics. Your role will include balancing local goals with global team scope and resourcing to deliver the best possible results for Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Take a strategic and analytical approach to manage all online and offline marketing channels to meet CAC, ROI, and budget goals.
- Observe and analyze industry trends in Belgium and Luxembourg in order to build up our long term cross-channel marketing strategy.
- Provide local insights for the wider Marketing team to better understand general market trends as well as the competitive landscape in order to continuously improve the performance of all marketing channels and positively contribute to diversifying the marketing mix.
- Be a driving force in understanding and incorporating market dynamics in Belgium and Luxembourg into constant testing, innovation, and optimization strategy.
- Facilitate weekly update calls with your internal and external local and global stakeholders and report channel performance on a regular basis.

**What you'll bring to the team**
- A minimum of** 2 years of experience** in online & offline performance marketing.
- Strong understanding and passion for the **marketing landscape in Belgium**, including recent industry trends - experience with the Luxembourg market is highly appreciated.
- As a strong communicator - You know how to set up and finish projects successfully, and how to create support with stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills with local and global internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills - With a quantitative and analytical mindset you know how to use data as the basis of your decisions. Accordingly, you make decisions based on rational reasoning and data.
- You are full of ideas, are highly self-motivated - an individual with a hands-on mentality who can work well independently as well as in a team.
- You don't shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment. You're pro-active, ambitious, and make things happen.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
- Masters' Degree
