As a
**Business Controller** (based in Herentals) you will be part of the EMEA business controlling team reporting to the Commercial FP&A Manager. The
** Business Controller** principal responsibility is to review analyse and suggest change for financial data, leading strategical plan and budget. Translating financial data into insights that will help leaders make more strategic decisions. The business controller is responsible to monitor KPI's related sales, marging and opex. He or she will measure criticial financial metrics at thecompany wide-level as the department-level to drive more strategic analysis. I a nutshell you will support the decision maker to drive profitable growth and can directly impact to the shared holder valaue

**Responsibilities**:
As a
**Business Controller** you will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
- Financials partnering support commercial team with analyzes.
- Calculate, analyze and report production cost of Kemin EMENA.
- Determine how to allocate money in Budget. Create models to identify risk factors that could affect long-term business growth
- Preparing and analyzing internal reports for senior management to support their decision-making.
- Creating the infrastructure for more meaningful and accurate financial and management reporting.
- Improve report and process to support faster business decisions faster and optimize future financial result.

- Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting or Finance
- 3-6 years of **experience**:

- Strong knowledge Office 365
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the English language
