**For TME Graduate positions **we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

Your Profile:
- Education/Training:
- University degree Business and/or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years relevant post qualification experience.
- Fluent in English (TME business language).
Expertise:
- 3 years of project management or business analyst experience.
- Experience of leading small/medium sized teams is an advantage.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks and tools.
- Experience in using Jira and Jira Align tools in big projects/programs is an advantage.
- Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc)
- Analytical skills, combined with capability to make synthesis of problem area and solution proposal.
- Automotive industry experience is not a must but an advantage

Your team and your responsibilities:
- The team develops and maintains tools used by the National Marketing and Sales Companies (= NMSC), by the Retailer Network and Customers
- In addition, the team coordinates local market initiatives and developments to make sure they are compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.
**Your responsibilities**:
- We are looking for a Specialist who will work within the team. Your role will be to act primarily as a business analyst and agile coach for product/feature implementations, customizations, migrations, and more. You will liaise between NMSC’s, TME and 3rd Party vendors to deliver value to all stakeholders.
- Act as an analyst / coach for OCA projects following Agile methodologies (i.e Scrum/Scaled Agile) and the tools to manage it (Jira & Jira Align).
- Manage risks/issues and dependencies during the project lifecycle and work with all stakeholders to remove impediments.
- Work closely with the NMSC and TME business members to understand the business needs, to guide them in identifying key functions/risks and to ensure that the solution delivered fulfils them.
- Work in a cross functional team aiming to establish quality process and continuous improvement in software deployment, becoming a coach for the IT leaders.
- Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and perform Business Process Analysis and GAP analysis exercises as required.
- Work with a 3rd Party implementor and ensure that requirements are understood and that gateways respected to ensure the correct quality of deliverables
- Continually propose and implement kaizen ideas to streamline and improve the efficiency of the processes within the OCA team
- Be able to travel to different NMSC’s depending on project requirements
