The Market Access Manager is responsible for preparing market access dossiers in compliance with regulations, conducting price and reimbursement assessments, and submitting of the dossiers. You manage the relationship with reimbursement authorities and other internal and external stakeholders to maintain and optimize business opportunities.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement market access plans to maximize patient access to our products.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the assigned portfolio market landscape, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and reimbursement policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical affairs, marketing, regulatory, etc.) to align market access strategies with overall commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external key stakeholders.
- Develop value propositions, evidence-based dossiers, and other supporting materials to support reimbursement negotiations and product listings.
- Monitor and analyze market access performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic guidance and training to internal teams on market access principles and best practices.
- Represent Sandoz in Industry organization on more functional related topics
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, economics, business administration);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or related roles within pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and reimbursement processes across various markets.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas/ solutions
- Clear focus for influencing and negotiating with access stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch, French and English
- Strong collaborative mindset
