For our growing **team in Brussels**, we are looking for a passionate **Data Quality Officer**
**About your mission**:
1. **Collaborative Approach to Data Control**:
Your role as a Data Quality Officer is not that of a mere controller, but rather a **supportive member** of the team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the **accuracy and integrity of data **while facilitating daily and seamless **operations and production**. We value a collaborative approach, where your expertise aids teams in achieving their goals without hindering their progress.
2. **Codebook Enhancement**:
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our **current codebook**. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to refining the **structure, terminology, and documentation** of our data under a **specific data model**, thereby elevating the overall **quality and usability **of our information assets.
3. **CTI database experience**:
A critical requirement for this role is a relevant and proven experience in working with **CTI database** or with **graph database**.
3. **Additional Skills Necessary**:
- **Analytical and Critical Thinking**: strong analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies and recommend effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- **Communication Skills**: effective communication skills to collaborate with a functional team and convey complex data concepts in a clear manner.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: proven ability to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and timely.
- **Technical Proficiency**: familiarity with graph database systems, and coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python) will be highly advantageous.
- **Continuous Learning: a** commitment to staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality management.
