1. JOB DESCRIPTION & GOAL

BioLizard is an innovative leader in the field of bioinformatics, data analytics and AI, renowned for its commitment
to excellence, focus on collaboration, and forward-thinking ethos.

We are seeking a **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** who embodies our values and can serve as an ambassador for our
brand in all internal and external interactions.

The **CFO **will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and providing strategic and
operational leadership in all aspects of financial management. This role involves direct responsibility for commercial
finance, controllership, treasury, insurance, accounting supervision, financial reporting, budgeting, expenditure, and
multi-year planning.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee commercial finance operations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead the controllership functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, investments, expenditure, and capital structure.
- Oversee the company's insurance programs, ensuring adequate coverage and risk management.
- Supervise the accounting department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best
- practices.- Direct financial reporting processes, providing clear communication to stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting efforts and develop multi-year financial plans to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide robust support to the CEO and COO, ensuring close collaboration on key business decisions.
- Possess the necessary maturity and experience to effectively engage as a discussion and strategic partner
- for the CEO, Board, and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong individual.- Assist with M&A activities and supports the chair of the M&A committee, guiding strategic growth.
- Support the Remuneration Committee (Remco) and the Nominations Committee (Nomco) and will take part
- in these committees as needed.- Exhibit leadership in strategic thinking and operationalizing the company's strategy.
- Uphold and promote BioLizard's values, acting as an ambassador both internally and externally.

3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven financial and commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of the service healthcare industry.
- International experience, with the ability to navigate culturally diverse business environments.
- In-depth sector knowledge, preferably within consulting and service companies.
- Experience with private equity and understanding of investor relations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
- Advisory skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Team player with a proactive approach, keen on taking initiative.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
