**Main Responsibilities**
The Outbound Planning Administrator will:
- focus on scheduling the activities from the warehouse team
- handle and coordinate emergency orders, questions regarding orders, issues with orders
- printing ProForma’s for specific countries.
- coordinate and maintain safety stock of materials that are added to the products
- sort & prioritize orders and delegate tasks of the outbound team.
- handle differences for stock discrepancies or damaged items.
One signed paper copy and one electronic copy should be sent to the Human
- collaborate with the Security Officer & Sorting Team to provide and/or review paperwork like invoices, CMR and manifests to drivers in collaboration with the inbound and outbound teams.
- work with accuracy in all transactions, regarding traceability of batch numbers and serial numbers.
- perform problem solving with the help of available instructions.
- ensure work environment is kept clean and safe and that equipment used is maintained in
good condition and can be operated safely.
- actively participate and deliver input in team meetings.
- identify and propose process improvements (continuous improvement) to increase the productivity or cost efficiency without jeopardizing quality, compliance and safety.
- execute all warehouse tasks according to the existing QS procedures and work
instructions. In case of doubt, contact the Outbound Coordinator or Outbound Team Leader.
**Qualifications**
- Detailed knowledge of a major ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Experience in planning operations in a logistic environment
- Experience in specific customer service activities (complaint handling,
communication)
- Knowledge of ISO13485 is a strong asset
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken. French is a strong asset
- Experience with computerized systems is a strong asset. Standard knowledge of office
- Ensure follow-up of KPIs and willing to evolve constantly to promote a continuous
improvement culture
- Strong team player to build relationships with colleagues at own and different departments
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communications skills, written and spoken
- Eye for detail, focus on efficiency, accuracy and consistency of execution
