Als Cloud Architect vertaal je de cloud strategie van de huidige situatie naar de gewenste situatie en de weg daarnaartoe, die richting moet geven aan honderden IT'ers.
Je werkt vanuit Group IT Services area, waar een steeds grotere focus op cloud operations & governance komt door de oprichting van een Cloud Enablement Centre en werkt heel actief samen met onze SecDevOps community, die over meer dan 20 IT area's strekt. Daarnaast ben je nog eens actief lid van onze Enterprise Architect Community. Je voelt je dus als een vis in het water in een matrix-structuur.
Jij houdt je bezig met:
- Uittekenen van de AS IS situatie naar de TO BE situatie en de weg daarnaartoe, die zal dienen als input voor de roadmap van onze centrale cloud enablement & governance organisatie.
- Begeleiden van strategische initiatieven binnen Group IT Services Area en binnen de SecDevOps Community. Begrijpen en uitwerken van de WHY van deze initiatieven en oplossingen uitwerken, rekening houdend met de Quality Attribute Requirements, incl. SWOT en trade-off analyses
- Ondersteunen in het bepalen en opstellen van policies, standaarden en procedures in kader van Cloud Operations
- Je werkt hiervoor steeds nauw samen met Enterprise SecDevOps Lead en de verschillende Cloud Enablement Center product owners. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij de SecDevOps Community werking.
**Requirements**:
Omdat je in deze functie bezig bent met cloud governance en operations verwachten we een hands-on en proactieve mentaliteit. Daarbij werk je graag samen met collega’s om voor de beste oplossing te gaan.
Verder verwachten we:
- Kennis van AWS en andere cloud diensten (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)
- (level AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, deze kan ook bij ons behaald worden) én hands-on experience
- Security & Cloud governance in het DNA
- Sterk begrip van de development lifecycle
- Technische achtergrond: infrastructure en development
- SecDevOps & Agile mindset
- Ervaring in community werking in een internationale omgeving
- Natuurlijk leiderschap om op elk niveau te acteren: van developer tot C-level
- Sterke communicatieve skills met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit
- Open mindset en een no-nonsense aanpak
- Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig en kan structuur aanbrengen met een goede helikopterview
- Pragmatische ingesteldheid om de juiste keuzes te maken met de teamleden
