Manager Projects- Management - Leuven | Just now- Het ‘Facilities & Infrastructure Projects’ team is een essentiële schakel ter ondersteuning van de groei van Imec en is op zoek naar een people manager om deze afdeling aan te sturen.- Wat ga jij doenAls Manager Projects Facilities and Infrastructure (FAIN) heb je de leiding over een departement dat instaat voor de uitbreiding en aanpassing van de kantoorgebouwen, cleanrooms en labo’s op onze campus in Leuven, alsook van de technische installaties die onze pilootproductielijnen draaiende houden.
Je takenpakket omvat de volgende onderdelen:
- Je geeft leiding aan engineering teams (Gassen, Koelwater, HVAC, High Purity Water, Afvalwaterbehandeling, Gasdetectie, Elektriciteit, Automatisatie, bouwkunde,...) die op hun beurt teams aansturen van ingenieurs, technici en onderaannemers. Als manager ben je ook hun technische coach.
- Samen met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbreiding en aanpassing van onze infrastructuur rekening houdend met de duurzaamheid ambities van Imec.
- Up-tijd van de facilities is bijzonder belangrijk voor de cleanrooms. Je zorgt ervoor dat een design optimaal betrouwbaar is om een hoge up-tijd te waarborgen.
- Je leidt het Masterplan Energie en Waste Water van de Leuven Site
- Je bent, samen met de Manager Operations,verantwoordelijk voor alle technische aspecten die betrekking hebben op de efficiënte werking van alle faciliteiten van onze gebouwen en installaties.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het OPEX budget van de Projects afdeling, evenals voor de output van elk project (budget, scope, planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit,...) en zorgt voor rapportage aan management en stakeholders.
- Je borgt de veiligheidsstandaard en kwaliteitsstandaard van het departement. Imec is een licht Seveso bedrijf.
- Je focust op optimalisatie van bestaande & op ontwikkelen van nieuwe werkprocessen waaronder het project proces, proces voor wijzigingen (MOC), resource & portfolio management, kwaliteitsbeheer, documentatie beheer,... hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de PMO-lead.
- Je bouwt actief aan je netwerk binnen en buiten imec. Om de dagdagelijkse werking optimaal te laten verlopen is een vlot en efficiënt overleg met de verschillende stakeholders immers cruciaal; je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor o.a. studieburelen, contractors, onderhoudsteam, Cleanroom & Labo management, de EHS-dienst, Finance, Legal en Procurement.
- Als lid van het management team werk je mee aan de opmaak en implementatie van de strategie voor het FAIN departement. Je bent mede beheerder van het Infrastructuur
- en Campusmasterplan van de Leuven site en zorgt voor een jaarlijkse update en de operationele implementatie van dat plan.
- Ten slotte rapporteer je aan de Directeur Facilities & Infrastructuur.

Opleiding, ervaring en technische competenties:
- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in een technische richting.
- Je oefende reeds enkele jaren een gelijkaardige functie uit in een hoogtechnologische en/of productieomgeving. Deze voorgaande ervaring alsook jouw grondige kennis van facilities (Gassen, Koelwater, HVAC, High Purity Water, Afvalwater-behandeling, Gasdetectie,...), Elektriciteit en Aut
