Jouw rol is cruciaal in het **bewaken en begeleiden van het productieproces**. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid over specifieke aspecten van het kwaliteitsbeheer van het bedrijf, met een focus op het controleren van voedingsmiddelen.
- Stimuleren van verbeteringen en innovaties.
- Regelen van analysen op grondstoffen en eindproducten en binnenkomende goederen.
- Garanderen van kalibratie van alle metingen en controles
- Mee opvolgen van klachten, onvolkomenheden, afwijkingen, etc...
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het personeel de procedures binnen het kwaliteits
- en HACCP-systeem correct toepast, inclusief het controleren van kritische punten en aandachtspunten binnen het HACCP-systeem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vrijgeven van de afgewerkte producten en zorgt ervoor dat de productierapporten en kwaliteitscontroleverslagen voldoen aan het kwaliteitscontroleplan, met volledige traceerbaarheid van alle acties.
