**Your new role**
As **Data Administrator** you are responsible for the **administrative follow-up of spare parts of distributors**, whereby you ensure a correct and **precise completion of the database**. Furthermore, you are also responsible for preparing **billings**.
You will also be Key user for some **proprietary systems**, where you will handle questions and problems of the users. You look at what can be optimized and report this directly to the manager. You are in contact with different **internal departments** as well as occasionally with the distributors.
**Your profile**
For this position Hays is looking for an **analytical and administrative strong** person. You are **open** and dare to ask questions when necessary. Furthermore you are **fluent in English** and you can work well with **Excel**. A knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. A first administrative work experience is definitely a plus but with the **right motivation and attitude **you can also be qualified. You do not need to have prior technical knowledge but an **affinity with the construction sector** is important because you will be working with passionate colleagues on a daily basis.
